Happy December

Time is just flying by and I can't seem to make it slow down. Christmas is only a few weeks away. I am actually in better shape than usual. Most of my gifts are purchased. Most of what I have is wrapped. My cards are all signed, addressed, and in envelopes with a stamp. I plan to mail them within the next week. But that is about it. My house is barely decorated and I haven't baked a single thing. That will happen soon though, I hope! We had some good news, bad news on Patrick's health issues this past week. The little guy has had serious problems with tonsillitis this past year. One infection after another, with no relief from antibiotics. So we did the full round of allergy tests. The good news is he doesn't have to get rid of his cat. The bad news is that he is allergic to everything except trees. That's right, EVERYTHING, except trees. How does that happen? Basically, we have to allergy proof his whole room and he will probably be going in weekly for his allergy shots. But, they think he will bnot need the surgery now to remove his tonsils. So, I guess that is more good news, right?
