It's a Beautiful Day

After my complaining a few posts ago, today I have to say that spring does seem to be back. It's a gorgeous day here in Macungie. Warm and sunny. No sign of rain. I cheated a little bit today and wore shorts to school. We had an Act 80 Day with dismissal at 11, so I figured that instead of jeans I could get away with a cute pair of plaid Bermuda shorts. Since I'm not exactly tall, they are more like clam diggers on me...reaching to about mid-knee. I really like them. Although, now that spring is here, spring and summer clothes need to come out and I am in no shape to wear them. Ick! I need to hit the gym and start counting points faithfully! I can't sink that ship in two months!
